The Graham Memorial Auditorium is a 700 seat theater built in 1929 as a memorial to WWI veterans. The original building also contained a library, a Chamber of Commerce, a Farm Agent, and a Home Agent. The aging building was in need of repairs and also more space for dressing rooms and practice rooms. Magee Architects was selected to create a plan for renovating and enlarging the building as funds became available. This was accomplished in three phases.

Phase I involved reroofing the existing building and cleaning and re-pointing the masonry. Phase II was a renovation of the existing building with a small addition for new public restrooms. This phase consolidated the front 2 rooms and the foyer into one large lobby. A ramp was added for access to the seating area along with handicap seating areas at the front and back of the auditorium. New handicap accessible restrooms were added and the rest of the spaces were repainted and freshened up.

Phase III, the final phase, adds new dressing rooms, new HVAC, additional practice rooms, and multi-use spaces for the performers. The stage and dressing rooms also became handicap accessible in this phase.

Phase I & II were completed by January, 2010. Phase III was completed in 2014.
