Our Fort Worth client purchased an ocean-front condominium in Manalapan, Florida that was in need of a remodel. The front condos in this complex are unique in that they are a single story with an elevator opening directly into the unit from the underground parking garage. The condo was gutted to the structure and completely rebuilt on the inside.

The owner purchased the adjacent condo about 10 years later and the 2 were combined into a single unit with a new kitchen location. This was also designed by Magee Architects.
