The City of Carrollton hired Magee Architects to remodel the existing City Hall. The project consisted of replacing the carpet, lighting, ceilings, some electrical, painting the walls, and coordinating the installation of new furniture. All office areas of the first and second floors of the City Hall were affected. Because of this, the project was completed in 6 phases. To facilitate the quick transitions from each phase, all materials for the project were pre-ordered and stored on-site. While the project was planned before COVID, work from home protocols instituted during COVID aided in the completion of the job successfully and on time.

Magee Architects previously designed the Rosemeade Aquatic Center Complex building for the City and is currently working with the City on the Rosemeade Recreation Center Addition and the Remodel of the City Hall Basement and safety improvements throughout the public areas of the City Hall facility.
